B1 Product
Design & Drawing review
To review the design & drawings if the construction can
fulfil all safety demands and if the chosen materials are in conformity
with ROHS and WEEE and others. Discuss with the selected factory the
implementation of the tooling process. A report with further questions
and remarks will be issued to update you at least once a week to participate
in this important process.

Time schedule of production
process
To lay out a time schedule together with the vendor for the
complete process:
- Tooling time,
- Confirmation of the first tooled parts,
- Confirmation of first complete product,
- Sample to certification body (TUV/UL)
- Lead time for customer's packing design
- Start of first production lot
- Final date to finish the production

Tooling Process
To monitor the production of the tooling quality and
time schedule, verify all tooled parts immediately for necessary adjustments.

The process is finished with first presented sample.
B4 Approvals and Certificates
After the first preproduction sample is available we
conduct certain EMC/ FCC tests. Further samples will be prepared with
all necessary documents and pass
to the Certification Body (TUV or UL).
B5 Material test for hazardous substances
ROHS and PAHs
To verify the conformity to ROHS and PAHs (forbidden
or limited hazardous substances) requirements, the documentation provided
by vendor will be compared with the chemical laboratory tests conducted
on our own.
B6 Multilingual User Manual
To create a complete user manual in common EU languages
(max 12 languages) with all operation task and safety warning advices.

Colour Box Design
To design the artwork including product photo. A print
proof will be provided for your confirmation. |
