B1 Product
Design & Drawing review:
Based on the requirement of international market, review the
chosen materials regarding conformity with CE/UL/ROHS and WEEE and other
safety standard. Discuss with the selected factory the implementation
of the tooling process and review final construction drawings for all
tooling before the tooling process start. According to the review result,
some times a construction adjustment of the product is necessary and
can affect the design.

Material test for hazard
substances ROHS and WEEE:
To be able to verify the conformity to ROHS (forbidden or limited
hazard substances) and marking of certain materials according WEEE requirements,
a chemical laboratory test has to be performed for materials / components
(up to 10 different materials / components).
B3 Construction
Check:
First, we will do the verify test to the material according
to the safety requirements. A Construction Check will |
be held as soon as we received the sample, in order
to save the transfer time.
B4 Approvals and Certificates:
After the first pre production sample is available we
conduct certain EMC Tests with EMC Test Report (including detailed photo
documentation to ensure 100% acceptance by EU authorities.)
Further samples will be prepared with all necessary documents before
we provide to Certification Body (TUV/PS) for the safety approval /
certification.
B5 Multi lingual User Manual:
Establishing of a complete user manual in common EU
languages (max 12 languages) according the operation task of the final
product and the CE safety warning advices for the specific product.
B6 Colour Box Design:
Establish of colour box artwork including product photo
shooting according to customers requirements. A print proof will be
provided with the colour box film to the vendor / manufacturer. |
