This PMC can be conducted at the early steps here in China on your first drawings prior to the tooling process,
- to review the new construction or modification to be in compliance with the safety standards to meet all legal requirements in the final target market,
- to check the chosen materials to be applicable to the latest ROHS requirements and the outlined performance of the product,
- to implement additional requirements for proposed certification process,

PMC gives the manufacturer the specific technical assistance to pass through the jungle of standards, directives and his marketing related product aspects.
The new product will become to life including all recommended certificates on hand to be launched at the earliest time in to the markets.

- the first tooling samples is done and before further modifications are done,
