A certificate should never come without a detailed test report and its CDF.
The CDF = construction data form, indicate all the related components in detail of the certified original sample.
New Certificate can be applied direct at Pema for very competitive prices and a short lead time of the certification process (30days).
We assure the compliance of your merchandise by conducting a Construction Check on your product samples and review the documents before the test samples will be forwarded direct to the TUV laboratories.
Existing Certificate has to be considered for each new production of the certified item.
Pema will conduct a During Production Inspection and a Final Random Inspection before your merchandise will be shipped out, to assure the production is in compliance to the certificate. |
Third party certificate
if you are purchasing a item with a certificate from your vendor or a trader, you have to insist on the CDF and the test report of the certification as well.
Pema perform a CC = Construction Check on this item to verify with our photo documented CC report the 100% compliance to the third party certificate.
